Why is this form needed?

The SEPA rules are made to make the transfers of Money in Euro´s easier. More info on SEPA ruling: www.sepa.eu

Who is this form for?

This form is meant for all clients that want VM solicitors, Juan Miguel Vicente Moreno, to debit money from their bank Spanish account. The debit can be for the annual fiscal representation/legal care service and tax money or for any other payment you authorize us to do for you.

Are there any cost involved?

As the bank charges us cost for to debit the money from your Spanish account, we include 1 debit per year in our annual Legal care service & fiscal representation fee. In the case we need to debit your account another time, the cost for an extra debit are 4,50€. There are also cost involved in the case your bank refuses the debit. This happens normally due to incorrect dates that you have provided us like IBAN, account holder name, etc. or in the case that there are insufficient funds in your account. As we will get penalized for this refusal by our bank, the cost for that, 9,50€, we will charge to you.

What if I do not use the debit option?

If you have always used bank transfer to send us the funds for taxes etc. and not used the debit option in the past, there is no need to change this, you can still transfer as you are used to.

Please do note that upon sending funds over to our bank account, your bank might ask for more details then in the past. If you need confirmation of our correct bank details, please do not hesitate to contact us.
